You have seven days upon receiving your goods for which to apply for a refund. After which time unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be considered for a refund your item must be returned in the same unused condition it was received and also be in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
On returning your item, we advise you to consider using a trackable service, especially on high priced items, as we cannot ensure that we will receive your returned items and they are under your care until they reach us.
Once received, we will inspect the item and let you know if your claim is approved for a refund. We will then be in touch with details of the refund, this is automatically applied in the same method of the original payment.
Please do get in touch if you believe an item to be faulty. All items will be sent in perfect condition. If you receive your package and it is damaged, please do photograph the outer packaging and notify the courier on delivery.
